Notes from the AD:TECH conference
Tue, 22 Apr 2008 08:06:54 PDT
I wasn't able to make it over to San Francisco for this month's AD:TECH conference, which is a series that focuses on all sorts of digital marketing/advertising trends and goes from city to city every month. Fortunately, there's a wealth of quality reviews and commentary on the web, and I thought it might be useful to try and aggregate some of the best bits here (along with the source lists for your perusal, of course). First up is this blog post by Brian Smith over at ComparisonEngines.com. He
Pennsylvania Wrap Up
Tue, 22 Apr 2008 08:16:12 PDT
We have been busy here over the last day or two, including links to 8 new polls that interviewed through Sunday night, so I am going to try use this post to wrap things up a bit. All but one of the late surveys shows Clinton leading by margins of 5 to 13 points, so to no one's surprise, most expect Hillary Clinton to defeat Barack Obama tonight. The suspense seems to be about the size of Clinton's margin. On that score, unfortunately, the polls are not conclusive. Why not? Here's the short ver

Apple iPod in Decline; iPhone Flatlining?
Tue, 22 Apr 2008 08:25:47 PDT
Interesting data via the ever-amusing Google Trends on comparative consumer interest in Apple's iPhone and iPod over the past twelve months. Looks like iPod is in decline after a seasonal bump, and iPhone has flatlined at lower levels. And just for fun, here is one more on Apple's Macbook. I put it on a different graph as, given the pricepoint, interest is at a much lower level.
Celebrate Earth Day with Green Mortgage Products

However, like other home mortgage loans, this one is subject to tighter standards. And a green mortgage is also subject to other standards as well. A green mortgage is a product that is offered, in different forms, by different lenders. Some waive origination fees. Others allow you to get a lower interest rate. In any case, the idea is that if you buy a home that meets cer
